Process childhood wounds in a supportive environment utilizing art, play, and music. Participants will explore past childhood trauma, family dynamics, and unmet needs and learn how to express and heal inner childhood wounds by reparenting one's inner child.
10 week class, Monday's from 5-6pm in person. $40/class. Date TBD

We currently offer telehealth to clients who prefer the convenience and comfortability. We use a HIPPA compliant platform, and clients can use their computer or phone for sessions. We see individuals as well as couples and families online.
